THE COACHMAN

Let’s go in…its tenant was the only one able to drive the coach used by the Count of Pralormo. He was, therefore, indispensable. The main colours are red and dark blue, the same colours of the family coat of arms. A coach seat now serves as a little couch. Hanging from the walls are a four-horse harness, the long reins, boots and spurs, and bits and braids, along with an instructive poster that teaches how to harness a horse… There are coach lamps to light up the road, strings of horse bells that signalled the arrival of a coach in the fog, and also chests, trunks and luggage.

The flat is made up of a large room with two beds, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
The prices include:
– Use of the rooms and the equipped kitchen
– Cleaning before and after your stay
– Weekly cleaning of the flat and changing of the linen

Payment conditions
Booking fee is 50% of the total stay, with a minimum fee equivalent to the cost of one night, paid by bank transfer or Paypal upon reservation.
Settlement has to be made within 10 days before arrival by bank transfer or directly before checking out by cash.
Cancellation policy
Stays up to 3 nights
The booking can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival with no penalties, with return of the fee paid.
For cancellations within 7 days before arrival or no-show, a fee equivalent to the booking fee will be applied.
Stays 4 nights or more
The booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival with no penalties, with return of the fee paid.
For cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival, a fee equivalent to 50% of the deposit will be applied, with return of the 50% of the fee paid.
For cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival, a fee equivalent to 80% of the deposit will be applied. with return of the 20% of fee paid.
For cancellations in the last 7 days before arrival or no-show, the cancellation fee is equivalent to the full deposit.
Notes
We are available at the farmhouse from 8am until 10pm; check-in from 3pm onwards; check-out before 11am.
All rooms and apartments are no smoking.
